Dr. Gerald Murphy


Dr Gerald Murphy moved from the UK to Australia in 1990.  He is a GP Supervisor for Murray City Country Coast GP Training program. He has special interests in skin conditions, removal of skin lesions/skin cancers and forensic medicine.

Dr. Prashanthi Godakumbura


Dr Prashanthi Godakumbura  completed her medical degree in Sri Lanka in 1993 and obtained further qualifications to practice in Australia. Dr Godakumbura has previously worked at the Mildura Base Hospital across all the wards, including one year in Accident & Emergency and eight months in Obstetrics & Gynaecology.  She has a special interest in youth health and also   consults at Red Cliffs Secondary College as part of the Doctors in Schools program.

Dr Samsun Nahar

Dr Samsun Nahar completed her MBBS degree in Bangladesh and her FRACGP in Australia.  Dr Nahar has spent time as a GP in the Ayr, Jandowae and Toowoomba region of Queensland and most recently in Portland in Victoria.

Dr Nahar has  a special interest in women’s and children’s health.

Dr Sujay Ganganaghatta Chandraiah

Dr Sujay Ganganaghatta Chandraiah graduated in India in 2002. After working in rural India for 4 years he moved to Australia to pursue further studies in public and child health. He returned to India in 2009 to work with the World Health Organisation before moving to Echuca in 2011 where he enjoyed working with the aboriginal community. Dr Sujay, his wife and their two boys love the country life and enjoy playing cricket, going on bush walks and travelling. He has a special interest in men’s & children’s health and anaesthetics.
